Webflow shipping & tracking

Tracking numbers on Webflow orders, without the copy-paste.

Choose the courier, paste the tracking number, and Flowcommander builds the tracking link for you. It saves it to the order before fulfilling, so Webflow’s “order shipped” email always goes out with tracking.

Order matters

Save tracking first. Then fulfil.

In Webflow, fulfilling an order fires the “order shipped” email straight away. Add tracking afterwards and your customer never sees it, so they email you asking where their parcel is.

Flowcommander does it in the right order: courier → tracking number → tracking link → save → fulfil. The email goes out with everything in it.

  1. 1 Pick courier
  2. 2 Paste tracking number
  3. 3 Tracking link generated
  4. 4 Saved to the Webflow order
  5. 5 Order fulfilled → shipped email sent

Questions, answered

How do I add a tracking number to a Webflow order?

In Webflow, open the order in the Orders tab and click Fulfill. You’ll be asked for a shipping provider and tracking number, and Webflow emails the customer when you confirm. Full steps are in our tracking number guide.

Why does tracking need to be saved before fulfilment?

Webflow sends the “order shipped” email the moment an order is fulfilled. If the tracking isn’t on the order by then, it isn’t in the email. Flowcommander saves the courier, tracking number and link first, then fulfils.

Which couriers are supported?

Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Evri, Yodel, DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS. Tracking links fill in automatically for all of them.

What if I fulfilled without tracking?

Webflow’s help docs note that fulfilling an order again (after marking it unfulfilled) resends the “order shipped” email, so think before you toggle. Flowcommander lets you mark an order unfulfilled when you need to.

Do you print shipping labels?

No. Flowcommander handles tracking and fulfilment. Buy and print labels with your courier as usual.
