Mission control for Webflow Ecommerce

Your Webflow store, finally under command.

Flowcommander is the admin panel Webflow Ecommerce forgot to build. Proper sales reports, faster fulfilment, painless variants and a real customer list. Everything writes straight back to Webflow.

  • Your data stays in Webflow
  • Read & write via the official Webflow API
  • Cancel anytime
No Shopify migration

The problem

You shouldn’t need three tabs to post one parcel.

Webflow is brilliant for building a beautiful store. Running one is another story. Its ecommerce back office is basic, so most owners end up juggling the Designer, the Editor, spreadsheets and Zapier. Some move to Shopify just to get a decent admin panel.

Sales reports?
You get the basics. Anything deeper usually means an export and a spreadsheet.
Order notes?
Gift messages and custom checkout fields are in there somewhere. Hope you spot them before you seal the box.
Variants?
Editing a product with a few options means a lot of clicking through SKUs.
Customers?
There’s no real customer view. Who’s ordered four times? Good question.
Pop-ups and email capture?
Not built in. Time for another tool.

The tour

Everything you wish the Webflow back office did.

Built for the boring, important bits of running a shop. Here’s what’s on the bridge.

01 · Dashboard

Sales reports that actually report.

Net sales, orders, average order value and customers, each compared with the previous period. Plus top products, top countries, order status and new vs. returning customers.

Orders & fulfilment

Read before packing. Not after.

Every order gets a “Read before packing” box. It pulls out customer notes and custom checkout fields, like gift messages and phone numbers, and turns gift-set contents into a packing checklist. No more “Happy birthday, Dad” going to the wrong Dad.

  • → Search by order number, name, email, product or note text
  • → Filter by status, sort by newest or highest value
  • → Fulfil with courier + tracking. Links fill in automatically
  • → Refunds need a type-to-confirm check. No oops-clicks

Before / after

Webflow admin vs. Flowcommander

Drag the handle. Left is how most Webflow store owners post an order today. Right is the bridge.

Store owners

Run the shop. Skip the admin faff.

Check today’s numbers from your phone, pack orders without missing a gift note, and add a product with six variants before the kettle boils. Your store stays on Webflow, design and all.

A proper admin panel. Zero migration.

Moving to Shopify means rebuilding your design, moving products and customers, redirecting URLs and retraining everyone. If what you really want is a better back office, there’s a shorter route.

Questions, answered

Do I have to move my store off Webflow?

No. That’s the whole point. Flowcommander connects to your existing Webflow store and writes changes straight back to it. Your design, CMS and checkout stay exactly where they are.

Where does my data live?

In Webflow. Orders, products and customers stay in your Webflow store, and Flowcommander reads and writes them through the official Webflow API. Your API token stays on our server and is never exposed in the browser.

Will it change my live site?

Only when you tell it to. When you edit a product you choose between “Publish to live site” and “Save to Webflow only”.

Which couriers get automatic tracking links?

Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Evri, Yodel, DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS. Pick the courier, paste the tracking number, and the link fills itself in. Tracking is saved before the order is fulfilled, so Webflow’s “order shipped” email includes it.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It works on desktop and phone, with a bottom tab bar on mobile. Light and dark themes too.

I’m an agency. Can I manage several client stores?

A multi-store switcher is on the roadmap. Today each store is connected on its own. See Flowcommander for agencies.

Does it do pop-ups and email capture?

Coming soon: on-site pop-ups and announcement bars with email capture, discount codes and targeting by page, delay, scroll depth, exit intent, device and frequency. See pop-ups & email capture.

How much does it cost?

You can start free and cancel anytime. Plans are on the pricing page.
