Questions, answered

Does Webflow Ecommerce have a customer list?

Not as such. Webflow’s Orders tab lets you search orders by customer, and the order export is a CSV. There’s no built-in view of each customer’s lifetime spend or order count.

Where does the customer list come from?

It’s built from your Webflow order history: each customer’s lifetime spend, number of orders and last order date.

Can I email customers from Flowcommander?

No. The customer list is for knowing who your regulars are. Email capture and a subscriber list are part of the marketing tools, coming soon.

Can I see new vs. returning customers?

Yes. The analytics dashboard splits new and returning customers for any date range.
