Webflow can collect additional info at checkout: gift messages, phone numbers, delivery instructions. Flowcommander pulls all of it, plus customer notes, into one yellow box at the top of the order. Gift sets turn into a packing checklist you can tick off.

Fulfil

Courier, tracking number, done.

Pick the courier, paste the tracking number, and the tracking link fills itself in for Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Evri, Yodel, DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS. Tracking is saved before the order is fulfilled, so Webflow’s “order shipped” email goes out with it.

Mark an order unfulfilled if you jumped the gun. Refunds need a type-to-confirm check first.

Questions, answered

How do I manage orders in Webflow?

Webflow orders live in the Orders tab in the Designer and Editor (CMS tab › Orders). You can search by order number or customer, filter by status, fulfil, unfulfil or refund, and export to CSV. Our guide to managing Webflow orders walks through it.

What does “Read before packing” pick up?

Customer notes, custom checkout fields (things like gift messages and phone numbers), and the contents of gift sets, which become a tick-off packing checklist.

Can I search by product or note text?

Yes. Search by order number, customer name, email, product or note text, filter by status, and sort by newest or highest value.

Is refunding safe?

Refunds need a type-to-confirm check, so you can’t refund by accident. Worth having, because Webflow refunds can’t be cancelled once issued.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Orders work on desktop and phone, with a bottom tab bar on mobile. Handy at the packing bench.
