Flowcommander vs Webflow native ecommerce

The admin panel Webflow forgot to build.

Webflow’s built-in ecommerce admin covers the basics: an order list, simple totals, fulfilment and a product form. Here’s an honest look at what it does, where it stops, and what Flowcommander adds, with sources.

First, credit where it’s due

Webflow Ecommerce does a lot well: fully custom cart and checkout design, Stripe and PayPal, automatic tax calculation, discount codes, digital downloads, CSV import/export and an Orders tab with fulfilment and refunds. Flowcommander doesn’t touch any of that. It adds a better back office.

Do I still need a Webflow Ecommerce plan?

Yes. Flowcommander needs a working Webflow Ecommerce store to connect to.

Can I keep using the Webflow Editor?

Yes. Both work on the same store. Use whichever is quicker for the job.
T-minus 5 minutes

Take the bridge.

Connect your Webflow store in a few minutes. Everything you change writes straight back to Webflow. No migration, no copy of your shop.
